Way to go MVM!

The race was only 5 laps...but each lap was 5000 meters! The race started 2 hours late because of lightning, so they moved the 20K cut-off up to 6 hours (as opposed to 8). Karla made it to 20K feeling pretty good and still holding a fairly even pace for her 5K's, but got pulled out since she missed the cut-off. Great job Karla on tackling and swimming 20K and all the training you did leading up to the race!!! We are proud of you!
