4 x 50 on the 1:15 25 sprint 100% no breathing-25 drill
Main
Repeat 3 times
4 x 25 easy free on the 30 sec
2 x 150 125 or 100 on the 2 min descend
Then 4 x 50 free on 1 min Descend
Repeat after extra 30 sec rest
